Yes. Active Affiliates must earn a minimum of $300 (USD) per month to get paid. All earnings and ongoing conversions will remain in your Affiliate Account until you meet $300 (USD). Once your account reaches this balance, you will receive an email around the 15th business day of the month with details on how to get paid.
How long is a cookie valid for?
A cookie expires after 30 days.
Which websites are eligible to become Wix Affiliates?
Any website can join the program. However, Wix reserves the right to refuse any site containing objectionable material, including explicit language or content, or support for violent or discriminatory groups.
How do you get your links and creative materials?
From your Affiliate Dashboard, go to “Offers”. Choose your link and creatives. Wix has great banners and landing pages in all languages that are updated on a regular basis.
How to track performance?
From your Affiliate Dashboard, go to “Reports”. You’ll be able to track your traffic, view detailed statistics, customize reports, check your payments and more.
How are the sales tracked?
Wix Affiliate Links contain unique identifiers, allowing them to track any traffic directed from your website to Wix. The tracking system “remembers” your URL, thereby guaranteeing you will be credited for any Premium sale you refer to Wix. Additionally, your Affiliate Link must be the first Wix ad a visitor clicks—the First Click Model. For example, if a visitor clicks on a Wix ad on your site, then clicks on someone else’s ad, you will earn credit when the visitor purchases a Wix Premium Plan.
When and how do you get paid?
Around the 15th of the month, you will receive an email with your payment details and how to submit your invoice. This email includes all your conversions from the previous month. For example: Around March 15th (or the following business day), you will receive an email with details on how to get paid for February’s conversions. You will get paid once your Affiliate Account has a minimum of $300 (USD). In order to get paid, you must send us an invoice. Keep in mind, you will not receive an email if you did not reach the monthly target.
They're scammers
I brought them over 1,000 leads that enrolled and 0 revenue.
Poor customer service
They have horrible customer service. I have tried endlessly to get in touch with them. Not no response. It's so frustrating. I just need the damn link. lol and this is supposed to be helping them and myself.
I'm very angry, and have been an amazing customer and super happy for the past two years. This is not okay.
Poor Customer Service
I am a current affiliate of Wix affiliate and we have been and can make over 20 sales a month but after our first 10 we did not receive any compensation and for more then 6 months we have be using the Wix affiliate portal to submit ticket after ticket with up to date have not even receives a single reply. We have spoken one on one with partner manager after partner manager and each with an empty promise to resolve the poor affiliate customer service. We still have faith that it will straighten out but in the mean time. NADA, nothing, zip, no response from affiliate customer service. Proud Wix promoter and user.
