The RealReal Affiliate Program
The RealReal’s Influencer Program is designed around an affiliate model. When you refer a customer to shop, you will earn a commission on their purchase. You can refer your followers by writing blog posts about the company and placing links, banners, product reviews, or any other content about The RealReal on your website or app. The Influencer Program financially rewards fashion influencers for directing their followers to become members and shop The RealReal. When a customer you refer purchases an item, The RealReal will pay you a 5% commission for the sale, or 7% commission if the purchaser is new to The RealReal.
If you become a First Look member of The RealReal, for $10 a month, you will get 24-hours advanced access to sales data and special invitations to monthly promotions. To become a member, you need to fill out a simple online form and submit your personal information for tax purposes (W-9) once you are approved. After that, you can consign with The RealReal and receive up to 85% of each item’s sale price. You can also give the gift of luxury and style to a friend with a RealReal gift card.

How do you join the program?
The RealReal affiliate program is run through Impact, an affiliate network. You must create an account on their website to apply for the program. Impact is an affiliate network which allows companies to manage their programs through reporting, communication and commission payments.
How much can you earn?
When you refer a customer, The RealReal will pay you 5% commission on their sales. If they are a new customer, you earn 7% commission.
When do you get paid?
Impact sends out payments on the 5th of every month. You will be paid on a rolling cycle from the previous period. For example, on March 5th you would receive the commission earned in January, February’s commission is paid in April, March’s commission is paid in May. If the 5th falls on a weekend, you will receive payment the following Monday.
How do you find banners or links?
Once you are accepted into the program, you can log in to your Impact account to find all the assets you need to promote The RealReal. Once you’re logged in to Impact account, go to your dashboard and look for the “Create a Link” section. You can also go to the top navigation bar, click Ads > Ad Tools and look for the “Create a Link” section.
Where should you post links on your blog?
The link should be placed where they are most visible to your followers. This can be on your homepage, navigation bar, in dedicated blog posts or any other areas visible to your followers.
