Commission Rates
Up to $75 per submitted application

• For each Individual or Family Health Insurance plan, the commission amount $50
• For each Short Term Health Insurance plan, the commission amount is $10
• For each Student Health Insurance plan, the commission amount is $20
• For each Dental Health Insurance plan, the commission amount is $10
• For each Small Business Group Health Insurance plan, the commission amount is $75

*Notes

• Participants in the Affiliate Program will not be performing insurance activities on behalf of eHealthInsurance.
• Participants in the Affiliate Program will be compensated on a fixed dollar amount that is not based on a customer’s purchase of insurance through eHealthInsurance.
